Mid Sussex Caledonian
Society.
The Mid Sussex Caledonian
Society, founded in 1926, is open to all those who enjoy Scottish traditions
and culture. The main events held during the year are a Burns Supper and a St
Andrew's Evening. The 2008 Burns Supper held, for the first time
at the Sofitel Hotel, Gatwick was so successful that we held the
2009 Burns Supper at the same venue. Our next event will be a VISIT
TO NUTBOURNE VINEYARD on 15th May. We shall be holding our annual
Golf Competition followed by a summer garden party on Fri 26th
June.

Why not come and join us on a
tour of the vineyard, learn how the grapes are grown and enjoy the views
(including the llamas). After the tour, we will have a ploughman's style lunch
and wine tasting with an opportunity for you to purchase any of the wines you
have enjoyed. Please contact us for further
details
We also organise trips of
interest to members. Recent trips included a visit to Leonardslee Gardens in
Sussex and Badger Watching at Wakehurst Place.
A Newsletter of Society events
and activities is sent to members either by e-mail or Royal Mail about 6 times
during the year. Click here to view current Newsletter. to view
